Using the Troubleshooter

No reps were recorded


If you have completed tracking an exercise and no reps were recorded, the Lift Tracker app will display a pink "Troubleshoot" text. If you click on the Troubleshoot text, the Troubleshooter will open.


Device


The Device page will check to make sure that your device is compatible with the Lift Tracker app. Swipe left to get to the next page.


Permissions


The Permissions page will check to make sure that your device has all appropriate permissions to use the Lift Tracker app. Swipe left to get to the next page.


View


The View page will show you some examples of what the camera view should see. You can click the "Check My View" text to open the front facing camera. We recommend placing the device where you would like to track from and opening the camera to do a test lift.
Make sure that the bar does not go off the screen for the entire movement.
Make sure that your hands are visible and not hidden from view.
Make sure that you do not go off screen at any point during your movement.
Your body, hands, and the bar should all be visible by the camera for your entire movement.

Something Else


If you were not able to resolve your issue on the prior pages, you can submit a report to the EliteForm team to let us know what happened.
In the text box, explain what happened.
You can click the Include recording slider, which will send the team a recording of your lift to help troubleshoot the issue.
Click the "Send feedback" text to send our team your record and report.
