EliteForm Lift Tracker Keys for Success

Here are a few keys for success to help you use the EliteForm Lift Tracker successfully


  1. ** Place your device in a location where the front-facing camera has a clear, unobstructed view of where you will be lifting.
    You can click the camera button to the left of the START button to open the camera and verify the view. **

  1. Your device cannot be moving while you are lifting. It needs to be securely placed on a floor or wall, on a tripod, or attached to the rack using a magnetic mount and cannot be held by another person.


  1. ** After you have securely placed your device, click the START button. We suggest a few test reps with just the bar or a low weight to verify the app will track for you. As you start to lift, the app will automatically track your velocity and power and display the results to you. **


  1. During a lift the icon to the right of the STOP button tells you if the app has a clear view of your hands and the bar. The app will only track if the icon is green.

  1. ** After you have completed a lift, a graph will display that shows your velocity or power data. The dashed pink line shows your average velocity or power for all reps in your set. **
