Preparing A File

Prepare a comma separated value (.csv) file with the following format:

The first row must have the following columns:
FirstName, LastName
Optional columns may include:
Barbell Deadlift, Bench Press, Hang Clean, Squat, Squat Jump, Trap Bar Deadlift, Hang Snatch, High Pull, Front Squat, Incline Bench Press, Overhead Jerk, Power Clean, Trap Bar Jump Shrug

Here is an example of a what a csv that includes all columns would look like.

If you only wanted to include Bench Press, Hang Clean, and Squat, your .csv file would look like this.

Note: Any existing OneRM values will remain in the system unless the column has the value 0 in the upload.

The filename must end in .csv.

Uploading The File

Open the TeamSync app and tap Athletes

Tap Upload and select the file.

Note: Any Athletes removed from the CSV will be removed from the Athlete list on the app and can not be selected.

Here is an example file that is correctly formatted. Feel free to download this, change the Athletes, and upload.

It's a good idea to save your athlete CSV somewhere on your device or in cloud storage so you can edit and re-upload without having to re-create the file.

Adding and Removing Athletes

To add an Athlete, add them to the CSV and re-upload.

To remove an Athlete, remove them from the CSV and re-upload.
